A real estate broker more than twelve years, Éric Jolander began his practice with Royal LePage before joining the ranks of RE/MAX in order to offer his clients more visibility.
Holder of a bachelor's degree in Finance from HEC Montréal, Éric has always been passionate about law, as witnessed by his training in real estate law, business law and civil law. His extensive knowledge of the laws governing private and commercial property allows him to act in the best interests of his clients and to protect them from unpleasant surprises. Nothing escapes his keen eye when it comes to deciphering and understanding contracts. With his innate business sense he has, over the years, developed expertise in rental properties and will be able to guide you deftly in this type of investment, if you so choose.
Eric is also known for his talent as a fierce negotiator and his exceptional customer service. When collaborating with him, you can be sure of obtaining the best possible price for your property, and you are certain to be working with an agent who will be readily available, honest, and professional: one who will be attuned to your needs. Always on top of new trends, his work method judiciously integrates the latest technologies to maximize the visibility of your residence and reach the largest possible number of potential clients.
That he knows the borough of Ahuntsic like the back of his hand is partly due to the fact that he was born there; his attachment is such that he has also chosen to live there. He appreciates the area's green spaces, its proximity to the river, its peaceful streets and the friendliness of its residents. An urban spirit, Éric is able to lead you to the city's best known sites, (and its best kept secrets as well!) to help you find your own place in the neighbourhood of your choice.
In addition to his professional activities, Éric is engaged in his community through social service. In this capacity, he has served as President of the Montreal Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis Canada, and he is presently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the SDC Promenade Fleury in Ahuntsic.
